Kim Høltermand is a danish photographer. Although he’s been one of my favourite photographers for some time now, I haven’t really had a good enough reason to post him here, until now. Høltermand was the first chosen photographer to do a series of Lomography photos for The Strange Attractor’s “Still Life” feature series. Although Lomo might not be his forte, they came out quite nice, with a bit different feel to them than many other “Lomo-artists” work.
Høltermand has a very good eye for shapes and forms in architecture. He finds beautiful patterns and shapes in both “normal” and “abnormal” constructions. I also love his low saturated and toned colour palette. Very atmospheric photography.
I’ve included some different work underneath, included three photos from “Still Life” (first three).
